Ancient Energies and Strange Phenomena: A Feng Shui Perspective on Famous Landmarks

mysterious Landscapes and natural phenomena intersect with the principles of fun and we'll see if it reveals hidden connections between the energy of the land and the stories that surround it I'm episode we're exploring the Eerie connections between Landscapes Legends and ancient practices just imagine vast deserts desolate valleys and mysterious Stone circles these are places not just shaped by the forces of nature but even perhaps shaped by the forces beyond our understanding in fun practices like geomancy and physiy focus on reading the land and tapping into its energy and understanding how geography can influence our lives it's an ancient belief that specific land Landscapes can carry energy some of them peaceful and some well maybe less So today we're going to be looking at famous places associated with strange phenomena like the nascal lines the harsh terrain of Death Valley and lay lines rumor to run beneath places like stonehinge we're going to uncover how these natural features of these haunted places might be connected to the energies recognized in funu blending the physical world with unseen forces that have inspired Legends for centuries our journey first takes to the nascal lines in Peru so these nascal lines are very interesting so part of the Intrigue really isn't phenomena surrounding it because I really haven't found any but really how they look and why they are there and how they were even created in the first place so there's just a lot of mystery behind the who would when where and why we really don't know the nascal lines were created between 500 BCE and 500 CE and it's believed that the majority were created by the ancient NASA people that's who they're named after it is said though that some of these lines could even predate the NASA people so the etchings were discovered by a Peruvian archaeologist in 1927 who did believe the lines at first to be part of a sacred Road system the nascal lents are massive geoglyphs that are etched into the ground in the coastal plains of Peru and they have designs depicting plants animals and over 300 different geometric shapes like triangles Spirals and zigzags and interestingly enough are best viewed from helicopter or an airplane so above there about 800 different straight lines which stretch across about 30 miles their purpose does remain a mystery after Decades of study early theories of course say that they were used to communicate with the gods or were Landing strips for extraterrestrials or even astrological markers which would line up with funu principles but they don't line up with astrology so they don't actually line up to be used astrologically which is a lot of the case in some of these early builds like ston Hench which we'll talk about later it is theorized that they may be related to religious walks or even pilgrimages or rituals related to water because they do actually lead to Embark underground water sources which were pretty scarce in those times and even now if you look the area is pretty desolate scientists have discovered offerings in some small cavities that may have been used to make offerings for crop or even rainfall and Recent research does suggest that these lines may have been a form of communication but not with the aliens like some people say but we along the lines of between different settlements in the area from a function perspective the landscape is very dry and Aid and one thing we use to assess land form of course is the health of the mountains and the lushness of the mountains and we'll kind of come back to that in a minute when we compare it to these similar themes we have emerging from another harsh location called Death Valley a lot like naaska Death Valley does sit in an arid Rocky terrain where fault lines uh do intersect but here the Mysteries take on a little bit different form because we start moving into strange Tales of these racing Stones so these are actually stones that move there's Tales of underground cities and even excavation of archaeological Mysteries like giants which is that's always been the most interesting to me getting more into the weird phenomena of Death Valley it does include I mention the mysterious sailing Stones this is actually a part of the valley called racetrack Valley and it's a this have these mysterious sailing Stones The Rocks will fall from the surrounding mountains and seemingly move on their own and even leave trails behind them like little Footprints but some of the reasons for this it said that could be snow and ice accumulation so there could be a scientific reason for this racet TR Valley where these stones are said to move but there's even strange things like rumors of caverns with giant skeletons and the people who allegedly discovered this archaeological what's supposed to be the find of the century I suppose with dinosaurs and everything in it um they disappear and died unexpectedly very strange mysterious circumstances around their disappearances and you know one of the most prominent things that I noticed when I was looking and doing research for this is the amount of people that disappear in Death Valley like so many if you look and you just look at disappearances Death Valley there will be one probably almost every year every couple years it's a lot a lot of disappearances which is kind of odd in and of itself but I won't even get into the mysterious disappearances at National Parks because that could be a whole weird episode too there is a giant crater in the area um other kind of phenomena associated with this is like ghost lights um UFO activities so there's a lot of strange activity that has been associated with the area of Death Valley Death Valley is quite large but going to the Nevada side where it is a little bit more Lush in Great Vine Canyon Nevada again another Super remote location is a house it's actually a house called Scotty's Castle which you can tour in 2015 it did have a large flood in the area and it wiped out a lot of the interior of the home you might not be able to go tour it anymore but you know if I had the opportunity it looks so cool I would definitely go tour it um even the story behind Scotty's Castle is a strange one it was built by a gentleman whose last name was Scott and he actually swindled a gentleman named albertt Johnson into trying to invest in a gold mine that was allegedly in the area well come to find out that there was no gold mine but him and Albert Johnson actually became friends he ended up staying out there in the desert with him for about a month and discovered that the dryness actually helped his health so he stayed and as the more time he spent out there um his wife encouraged him to to Let's hey let's build a home out here it was never actually finished but of course there's rumors of extreme hauntings in this house too and it was featured on episode of Ghost Adventures which I think is pretty interesting but you know I'm I'm not a fan of Ghost Adventures so do with that with what you will I suppose the gentleman who this Castle was named after is interred above the castle on a hillside but yeah just really strange extreme phenomena in Death Valley a lot of geological differences from a funu perspective Rocky dry mountains one of the assessments we make in funu looking here and at nasca is orientation and chi flow within the mountain so INF funu mountains are crucial for guiding Chi it said it's where Chi or energy is born Death Valley is Harsh and bar mountain ridges and the nascal lines flat and dry it does have some Contour but not a lot and if you look it's very Barren there's a lack of nurturing and no protective Mountain forms that can help retain and circulate the chees it's this absence of like this energy shelter I suppose may result in stagnant or even depleted energy and then another assessment is looking at the lushness of the vegetation which is considered a sign of vibrant energy or Chi we know that this supports animal life and the energy and what it's able to sustain death valleys is very sparse but somehow it does have life there but it's pretty drought stricken not a lot of vegetation and it does kind of reflect that low chi in the environment which could explain some of the phenomena there we know that Yen energy can create uh hauntings and I would argue to say it can probably in a area that's very desolate and Barren could probably create energy that relates to strange phenomena also that's just me saying that because I honestly don't really know these are kind of just my guesses here uh bodies of water also bodies of water traditionally reflect where Chi gathers so the meaning of funu is wind and water and it's said that Chi is dispersed by the wind and gathers at the boundaries of water it's said to collect Chi and with the limited water in both Death Valley and the nascal lines which does tend to run more underground here these water veins are supposed to carry distribute Chi nourish landscape above but when the water vein scarce or it doesn't nourish above then it could lack that vital G also the absence of support of water energy can leave the area feeling kind of drained and it could just be a combination of the Hidden water sources and the shifting fa lines because they both do sit a top fa lines that might create these energetic imbalances that can contribute to this kind of unsettled energy also those are kind of my guesses in that area we want uh to see Lush mountains and we don't see that just see the Stark mountains sparse vegetation and minimal water in funct way they're just seen as indicators of lower stagnant energy which can contribute to the lack of energy in a place lay lines rumored to weave through death Valley's desolate landscape also could be a contributing factor fault lines and lay lines are connected with Chi disruption so fault lines and lay lines are believed to influence the flow of chi and so faults kind of like those near- Death Valley can create this unstable energy field due to the tectonic action or things shifting beneath disrupting Chi and potentially generating Intense or chaotic energy too lay lines are said to do much the same they are hypothetical alignment of powerful energies across a landscape and they might intersect around sites like the nasal lines the lack of stabilizing energy in these regions combined with active fault lines can amplify this unsettling phenomena and contribute to these mysterious reputations and in funu fault lines can be seen as disruption in the natural flow of underground energy channels or Dragon veins and these veins just like fault lines can trace powerful energy paths beneath the Earth surface and are really vital to the flow of chi when these fault lines intersect or shift they can disrupt these quote unquote Dragon veins causing energy imbalances and this disrupted energy flow can create areas of chaotic stagna or even what is called Shaw Chi above the ground potentially contributing to the Eerie or even unsettling Sensations in different places I think one of the most interesting things about these ancient sites with monoliths like stonehinge also is their alignment with the Sun during the solstices on the summer solstice the Rising Sun aligns with the heel stone at a Stonehenge and on the winter solstice the Setting Sun marked the shortest day of the year and aligns also this precise alignment does connect stonehinge with these natural cycles and similarly ancient and primitive forms of funu did rely solely on planetary alignment in astrology to determine the ideal arrangement of a space or a grave it does suggest that Stonehenge and funu harness these Cosmic energies to create this alignment or harmony with the environment and it is rumored or it is thought that these are Communications with the extraterrestrials there is different weird phenomena associated with not just stonehinge but if you follow the lay lines glenberry areas like that surrounding a stonehinge or that sit on the lay lines they also have this strange phenomena I just think that's a pretty interesting little tidbit speaking of lay lines and energy vortexes strange phenomena we can take a look at the theorized and hypothetical ones that surround bodies of water particularly the great lakes and specifically Lake Michigan Lake Michigan has a lot of strange phenomena associated with it it's area known for unexplained events Eerie sightings UFO sightings Lochness Monster sightings um but oddly enough just a lot of boats and airplanes seem to go missing or be sunk in this area the area is described as the Michigan Triangle you know it's just strange phenomena here but looking at the Topography of Lake Michigan we can kind of look at these unique features I think both natural and energetic so it does have a north south orientation it's very elongated it also has unimpeded Shores which allow strong winds to dominate this area and in fun it is believed to disperse in weaken the chi of the area strong winds also can amplify challenging conditions for navigation and strangely enough magnetic anomalies have also been reported people's compasses are usually off a little bit in this area this could potentially be causing disorientation for inexperienced Sailors and pilots who use these magnetic compasses to navigate some also theorize though that there's these energy vortexes and lay lines that intersect beneath the lake I wonder if these strong winds and magnetic anomalies combined to create a number of rip currents that contribute to the reputation of it being a place of danger there's also a high drowning rate in the area it could also be tied to the L's chaotic energy there's if you look online there's a lot of pictures of like no swimming signs and danger signs because of the currents uh in funu when water's too Fierce and it has really intense currents or rip tiddes it is considered to be negative remember everything in funu is a balance so we want sentimental calm water uh we know by recent floodings and world events that too much or Fierce water can be very destructive and even scary it is said to disrupt Harmony and Scatter Chi and create instability when there is a very Fierce water just an odd turn of events here researchers have also found a small set of standing stones that stretch about a mile long and other evidence of ancient civilizations in the area so just kind of further deepening its strange nature and another place that said to have strange ancient history is the area of Massachusetts known as The Bridge Water triangle the Bridgewater Triangle 200 square miles with a so-called paranormal Vortex that sits inside of it there's some interesting phenomena associated with this too we do get outside a little bit more of the land form and more into the energy of a space so an area that has extreme emotions or intent can affect a location's energy of course possibly contributing to its haunted reputation I know in my my funct for hauntings episode that I did I don't even know how long ago um I talk about the energy of space so that one of the things that the Chinese Customs believe is that a space will be haunted if there is extreme emotions if there's suicide and things like that that the ghosts may never leave it creates what it's called these hungry ghosts but the phenomena is a little bit different in this area of land because it actually is not even just ghost sighting it's the things like cryp crypted sightings which are like Bigfoot and other little people disappearances just really really strange phenomena UFOs anything you can think of honestly has probably been reported in this area of Massachusetts in the area I've noticed also there is a prison and a um there was a mental hospital and those can have a lot of intense emotion around them at the heart of what is called this Bridgewater Triangle is a swamp called the hok swamp which was a battlefield during what was called King Philip's War it took place from 1675 to 1676 and it was a battle between the Native Americans and the settlers it was actually one of the bloodiest battles in the US or British history ever per capita so it would that means that it had the greatest population percentage that died so 75 to 80% of natives were wiped out in the battle and 25 % of colonists were killed interestingly enough the word for hokok is anquin word that means a place where Spirits dwell and is closely related to a spirit of death and disease in wamp mythology it's an area composed of dead human souls and the swamp was a perfect place for the hokok to manifest and for Native inhabitants to connect with their ancestors but during King Philip's War the swamp was actually used for a strategic base of operations and a natural Fortress by the forces against the conflict with English settlers who call the area the devil's swamp the war was devastating for the and their allies with much of the population decimated or enslaved leading to speculation that the area's dark history might be the reason for the swamp's alleged Paranormal Activity but before that the rumors were already there prior even to this battle there was Tales of people disappearing into the swamp and other strange phenomena and the swamp is said to be very dense and dark I found a really interesting book which I'll link to in the show notes but it talks about these tales and it also talks about the history and it does say that they were actually never able to drain the swamp and use it as Farmland because it's very very dense Pete so it makes it un able to be drained or used it's almost like a sponge for the area and it's a acts as like a natural Basin for storm water drainage so it's actually crucial to the area and it does feed into the water supply of the area um the soil it said actually has like no nutrients and is actually really cold and sterile due to a lot of overgrowth brush and it's actually a pretty interesting little thing there uh usually within fun um just from the landform or like the soil assessment perspective with no nutrients in it is not good you want to have a soil that is like lomy and not bogg down with water you don't want it to hold the water too much I think really just here it's a thing of intense emotions um which I have a story to present about that too my husband's family is the Builders of one of the famous haunted houses I live but the house did not start out with this reputation it was not a spooky home and uh the story behind it is that my husband's grandparents built the home they actually built the home off of a settlement from their son's death so my husband's uncle passed away and the city he passed away was seen to be negligent and and contributing factors that led to his uncle's death they um essentially got a settlement from the city and part of that settlement was to build their home and so kind of right off the bat I think of the energy behind that build right the energy behind the home being built because it it came from a death the house was built but even with the house being built it took a lot of years to build the home the contractor that was building it he had some kind of heart issues and so was delayed and it took longer than it was projected to be finished and there's just kind of these these factors here but after that the family seemed to live here for quite a long time his grandparents lived there for several years and uh during that time they were quite prosperous and so you would think the house would not have bad fun to it well around the year 2000 uh my husband's other uncle was actually shot and killed directly in front of the house by Sheriff deputies um there was an altercation and they thought he had a weapon they didn't uh wait to see they fired on him and he died directly in front of the home so he didn't dry directly on the property but I think those intense emotions and all that led to some kind of energetic disruption in the home because after that they obviously sold their home but the house since they moved out has never kept a resident in it and and it now sits abandoned and ready for demolition it's a beautiful two-story home the other residents experienced not really strange phenomena but unsettling feelings uh stuff like that and one of the things that I do think could have contribut it to the energetic shift also is they did build a bridge directly um on the side of the house and so there wasn't a bridge there before and from some perspectives of funu from a form School building a bridge in the wrong area in relation to a home can result in negative energies I've actually did the calculations and uh it doesn't fit the criteria to me but I do think it's strange that the landscape changed and right after that landscape change the owner that was living there actually had legal issues um it was right around the time the bridge was finished she ended up I think having her home foreclosed on and having to sell just the changing landscape with intense emotions I think can definitely lead to haunted reputation another notable thing with this house is there is a big depression behind the land in which the land it kind of sinks in like a basin and it collects rainwater one of the things with land form funu is that if your land is lower in the bag then you will have bad descendant luck and be unable to pass on your wealth to your descendants and I'll just say there's no generational wealth anymore to pass along well thank you guys for tuning in and going on this little exploration of mysterious landforms with me I really enjoyed looking at the energy they hold and just kind of looking at through a lens of Chinese metaphysics looking at the Landscapes of places like Death Valley and the naaska lines and considering things like underground water sources fault lines and and CH flow and I do think these features can create energetic imbalances maybe even resulting in sensations of unease or just strange phenomena or occurrences so I do think whether through disrupted Chi hidden water or even complex geology these landforms do remind us of Nature's powerful and sometimes mysterious influence that they can hold on the world around us I also think that this can combine with layers of human history and emotional intensity and truly alter the energy of a place what do you think if you'd like to share
