3 Things To Consider When Renovating

So we're at the time of year where you know you're having to renovate your house, you might think about starting those summer projects. Perhaps you need to put a new roof on your home, or maybe if you're like me and you're in Texas, which we had that crazy storm and a lot of people had broken water pipes and stuff like that.

Well Feng Shui is definitely impacted when you renovate your house and do things like digging, put a new roof, you know, all of that is considered heavy earthworks and activating area. So what is some things you need to consider when you're planning these renovations? The number one thing that I like to consider is the annual affliction. So if you listen to the podcast at the beginning of the year, I talked about each area and you know the best ones for the year or the worst ones for the year or the ones that are kind of black for the year. And so you really do want to be mindful about where you're starting these renovations at because it could either positively or negatively impact your property.

So if you think about it this way, have you ever started a renovation project and everything went really smoothly and it went good. Nothing went wrong, you know, and everything finished on time or near so because we all know renovations never finish on time. Right. But adversely, have you ever had, you know, the opposite happened where you're like, I need to, you know, do this remodel. Let me just do it real quick and everything seems to go wrong.

Things break things aren't working right, you know, the contractors aren't showing up and all this stuff. And I would say that the day you start doing your innovations is the very most important day. So a check where the annual afflictions are for your home and I'll put another link. I do have the best and worst areas. I mean, it's because a energy mapping of the space sometimes it can be really hard to find a good area to start in or to find a place that doesn't have afflictions or you know these annual negative energies because there's a lot going on and there's a lot to consider the ones that I pay the most attention to when doing renovations are really the five star.

The two star because that's especially the north this year can be particularly negative to health and some of the things like the grand dupe the five ghosts. So there's a lot to consider. But it's very beneficial to have everything line up and start on a good day, which brings me to my next point. The second thing you want to consider highly is date selection. So I do not do any sort of renovations in my house.

I do not touch anything that is going to extra you know aggravate or agitate or move the cheer energy in my home, which renovations majorly will. And if I know there's something wrong or there's a time of the year where I can't touch my house, I will not touch it because I have activated some funky stuff. Y'all I have activated some bad stuff. That's the beauty of being a fungshwa practitioner is that you are your biggest test subject. And let me tell you all I've activated some crazy stuff.

So I now use date selection for that reason I founded you know date selection practitioner that I learned from perpetually. And now I'm in the course or the process of developing my own classes on date selection because man, it can be a beast in a large subject to cover. So what some of the things that I would say with date selection because it's really very personal to everybody, but don't start on a day that clashes you your your your natal chart. Don't start on a day that clashes you. And don't start on a day that has a bad rating according to the tongue shoe.

So if you look at nothing else, at least look that there's positive stars for the tongue shoe. And look at your that you're not starting an annual fiction area and then look for a day that doesn't clash your animal sign. The other thing that's very important when you are doing renovations, of course, is choosing that contractor. So how do you do that? How can you find a contractor and can you do that using fungshwa.

So one of the cool things about not only fungshwa but about Chinese astrology is you can you know, pick a date for anything. So one thing I would urge you to go do before you start the renovations and while you're looking for that contractor is you can look at your bossy chart, your natal chart. Which I have a calculator on my website for I'll put a link to below. But what you can look for is on the side there, it'll say noblemen. And what noblemen is means is that that is a helpful person in your life.

It's a beneficial person to you. And so what you can then do is look at the Chinese almond act tongue shoe. This is a very brief introduction to one of the ways you can use date selection is you can pick a day that has an annual renovations. That has an annual sign in it. Most free tongs shoes online.

I like Chinese metta soft will tell you, you know what animal is in that day. So just pick a day that has that animal sign and start making calls. Another thing you can do is just use that area within your home and say, hey, I'm going to make a call, you know, say the noblemen is your pig. Well, he used the Northwest area. That's associated with the pig.

And you start making your phone calls to look for that. And that's a good way to use Feng Shui. So if you don't know how to find these areas in your home, good luck. Not good luck. I'm sorry.
