March is here and depending where you live we can start expecting a shift in the weather as we move officially into the Spring Equinox. The early flowers likes daffodils, tulips and hyacinths are already out and we start seeing signs of life return in the form of green sprouts. Coincidentally we can think of the energy we experience this month with the "Wood Rabbit" governing the energy much the same. The Wood Rabbit carries the pure element of Yin Wood- a soft flower or vine. Much more gentle than the energy we experienced in Feb. with the energy being doubled, it's more like a rose garden. With the rabbit year we get an excess of this yin wood energy . We also get 2X the Rabbit (Rabbit month in a Rabbit year)
What's does this mean? In general with the energy of the "heavenly stem" (yin wood) being the same as the "earth branch" (Rabbit=yin wood) making the two "friends". The energy seems to indicate that this month can be more about connecting, The Rabbit also holds the "Peach Blossom" energy for the year, making this month full of possibility for romantic connection. Yin wood also represents academic achievement, so this month could be good for you to learn something new or enroll in some courses. This is the theme of the year entire but doubled this month with the double Rabbit (yin wood) . I also believe with the 4 - yin wood flying star that sits center of our homes for the year, sets the tone for the year making the year full of possibility in the romance department.
Feng Shui Focus: Connection
This month the theme is CONNECTION, with the double Rabbit & extra wood energy this month we can look to connection, expansion and growth. It'll be a great month to attend a conference with those in the same industry, networking events or a maybe a reunion and of course dating. This is particularly true if you are the element of wood- read below. In general though, connection is the theme and tone for the energy that's visiting in March.

I've recently came to understanding the importance of seasonal combinations in a natal chart. The presence of this combination has the potential to make you very strong, show wealth opportunity etc.
Tiger & Dragon : The presence of Tiger & Dragon again further enhance the wood energy of the season of spring. This combo is the most dominate and can indicate connection and financial opportunity if the work has been put in, it may be time to collect. The CLASH animal sign! This is the animal sign that directly opposes the governing energy. This month it's the Rat!! Rat (Water) clashes Horse (Fire)

One more month of the clashing energy is present for the MONKEY, a true clash may occur for the Earth monkey. Now’s the time to make a significant change if you've been contemplating one.
"Punishment":
A couple of the zodiac signs combine in a way the doesn't clash or benefit you but rather effects the way you feel & decisions you make. Rat:

Usually it comes out as a love/hate, can't live with 'em, can't live wit 'em type energy.

Northeast : The Northeast isn't entirely useable with the 7 star there for the year- The 7 flying star usually indicates legal issues or arguing BUT theres always exceptions to the rule and in this case the flying star 1 visiting for the month makes the Gua-sector quite good. Especially on the days that the 4 star comes to visit. Theres not an activations I'd recommend but using the sector can be good for someone in sales. 1-4-7 combo makes for good days to makes sales calls and send invoices. Use the sector all month.
Worst sectors- Flying Stars Avoid over activation of these areas, general use is fine.
East- The 5 Star visiting the East can be a bit aggressive especially with the yearly 2 "illness star " Avoid too much extra activity like slamming doors, moving furniture in this sector. You may have already placed a 6 coin charm here for the year or have a salt water jar in the sector.
Northwest- The monthly flying star 8 is generally considered a lucky wealth star but combined with the yearly 5 disaster star makes for the indication of loss of wealth. Don't try to activate the 8 in this sector for he month. The earth energy is weaker in the northwest (metal palace- metal weakens earth) but feel free to add a salt cure if you don't already have one going. You can leave this up all year. A 6 coin charm works well too.
South- The 8 (year) -2 (month) flying star combo isn't always bad but I'd defiantly avoid activating in south this month and I'm not loving the energy there for the year with the presence of the Wu Sha (5 Tiger Sha). The 2 illness star IMO doesn't need "curing" but if this is your bedroom it's not too bad of an idea.
Avoid renovation for the month in these sectors
South & Southwest: Wu Ji Sha (5 Tiger Sha-2023) has the ability to cause issues when you activate the area & do renovations. General use of the sector is ok but avoid anything extra in this sector.
East: The Grand Duke (Tai Sui) is where the energy governing the year sits, 2023- East (Rabbit) avoid renovations
West, Southwest & Northwest: The yearly and monthly san sha or "3 killings" is doubled this month in the sectors. If activated by digging or renovation they can cause issues like illness, loss of money or losing valuables. These energies are only activated by renovation, avoid in this sector.
