I promise I won't spam you. Hey guys, can you believe we're coming into that second quarter of the year? I can hardly believe that's already the month of May.

The month last year, April, that water dragon, I swear, it made me feel so lazy, couldn't get anything done, so scattered. So I'm looking forward to a little bit more structure for the month of May. So hopefully we'll find that with the water snake that's coming in for the month. Let's take a look at what the energies are and what we can expect. All right guys, depending into May, the month of quacy or water snake, it actually begins on the fifth and goes through the 20th, is that first cycle of Gigi, which is of course a 15 day cycle of solar energy.

And this closely corresponds with the pagan will of the year and the celebration of Belting. May 20th through June 5th is the Gigi of small sprout. A little bit off topic of the Chinese traditions kind of going more towards galaic traditions is the observance of Belting, which I wanted to address a little bit. I love that the pagan will of the year really corresponds very closely with the Chinese calendar. Of course, it marks the solstices and the midway point just like the Chinese calendar does.

And I really love the observations in the festivals and rituals that they do. And of course, notably in May, they have the May pole dance in which they celebrate by weaving that ribbon around a May pole and celebrating honoring fertility, which I just think is beautiful. And of course, as a big fan of Outlander, I just finished binging all four seasons. I imagine some scenario where I can do some sort of ritual around the beautiful monuments in the Scottish Highland observing one of these solstices. We'll see if that ever comes true.

So this is one of the months that actually come in to combine with the year. So the snake comes in and makes a nice combination with the ox. It is known as what is called a three harmony combination. And the days that contain the rooster sign will create a full three harmony combination. So if you either have an ox snake or a rooster in your natal chart, you could be in luck this month and experience a little bit of a boost in your energy.

Maybe your connection to others because the three harmony represents connection. And maybe people coming into support you. But remember, you have to take the action to actually have that support there. If you are looking to make a love connection, it might be a month for you to do that, especially if you have a rooster in your natal chart. One thing that I keep suggesting for people to do is use the south area of their home for networking or making love connections this year.

The south has a really good supportive energy that it really does support that networking and that dating and stuff like that. So if you're on an online app or something or you're making those social posts, I would use the south area of my house to do that. Now one area you're going to probably want to avoid during the month of May is the northeast. So the northeast has what is called the five flying star there for the month. And five stars know for causing a little bit of trouble.

So you don't want to overly activate the area if you've been using the area already for the year. No problem. Just don't do things like digging or renovating, you know, loud banging in the area. It might not be a month where you want to use and move your furniture around do that spring cleaning in the northeast. I would save that for another month.

Another thing you want to note is if that you have a pig in your natal chart, that means you could experience a little bit of a clash this month. So note where that pig may lie within your natal chart and that's the area you may have some issues. So if you have a pig in the year, your born, you may experience some issues with your social circle. Maybe people around you, maybe your friends, you might have a little bit of a clash there. Maybe you don't see them as much this month.

If it falls in the month, you're born. That would be the month of November. That means that you could experience some things going on at work. You know, maybe you have some tougher work environment, a little bit of a tougher work issue or it actually clashes away something that you have not been wanting to focus on at work. So you could use it for that too.

Now the tougher thing is to find out the day you're born is because the animal send that governs that too. So if you're born on a pig day, it could potentially affect your relationships and you know that it's a personal relationship. So you may feel a little bit of a strain in your relationship if you have a pig in your the day you're born. Now if you have a pig in the hour you're born again that if you're born from around like 10 to I'm sorry 9 to 11 is the pig hour. So if you're born around that time you may be born under a sign of the pig.

And if you are born under a sign of the pig that means that this month may be a little bit tougher for you emotionally. So keep your emotions in check especially with the extra water that is coming in for the month.
